Negotiations Team

The UVEA Negotiations Team collaborates in annual negotiations with the School Board of Montrose County School District (MCSD) in order to provide a Master Contract Agreement and a competative compensation package to MCSD employees. The team is a composed of members with various backgrounds that volunteer their time and effort in creating the VOICE of employees that ultimately creates a better learning enviornment for the students.
